Click4AMeal is a product of Innovative Computing Systems, INC. (ICS). The following defines the terms by which ICS allows customers access to Click4AMeal services. By using ICS’s Click4AMeal to submit your online order you must agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

Privacy Statement

ICS believes privacy of personal information provided upon registering is extremely important. Therefore, ICS uses extensive security measures to ensure the privacy of personal information used for the purposes of operating Click4AMeal services. Personal Information is defined as name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and any other data submitted for the use of this service. All personal information provided is voluntary. It is obtained through registration for online ordering.

ICS Online Ordering Service must include registration for use.

General Conditions

Upon placing and submitting an order using ICS’s Click4AMeal service, you are stating an offer to purchase your selected items, at the quoted price, at your desired time of delivery/pick-up. Once you submit an order you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. ICS will not be held responsible for any damages as a result of use of the website. Damages include computer viruses, system crashes, pricing errors, claims or demands from third party users, lost profits, or omissions.

ICS reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason.

Payment Methods

Cash/Check – ICS does not handle any cash or check transactions between our clients and customers. By submitting an order using ICS’s Click4AMeal service you are stating an offer to purchase your order details. All cash/check payment options will be handled by the restaurant and you.

Credit Card - ICS does not process credit card payments. Upon request, ICS will authorize a customer’s credit card information and securely include the credit card details on the order form sent to the restaurant. The restaurant holds the responsibility of processing all credit card payments and handling any disputes of payment thereafter.

Price Assurance

ICS makes every effort to ensure all information including but not limited to, ‘available menu items’ and ‘pricing’ is accurate. ICS understands due to circumstances beyond its control, conflicts sometimes occur. ICS will include a statement on each restaurants online ordering website that, “Some options may be an additional charge and may not be reflected in your total price.” ICS, therefore, negates any warranty of any kind, including verbal or implied statements. ICS will revise this websites information from time to time and will not be responsible for providing updated documentation to visitors.

Delivery/Pick-up Times

ICS understands that delivery and pick-up times are of extreme importance to the customer. ICS and the restaurant complete several tasks to implement the best system for ensuring accurate time quotes. However, both parties understand there are circumstances outside of their control that may limit the ability to accurately define the delivery/pick-up time. Such circumstances include but are not limited to traffic delays, accidents, power failures, and extreme weather.

Order Confirmation

ICS will send you a confirmation that your order was submitted. ICS provides its service As Is. ICS will provide reasonable and timely assurance that orders are processed and priced accurately. ICS, its owners, and employees, may in no way be held liable in any event causing loss of profit, or any damages as a result of using our service or our website.

Order Amendments/Cancellations

ICS serves as the online ordering service provider between restaurants and third party users. In order to amend or cancel an online order, you must contact the restaurant directly by phone.
